Preferred to be traditional but we started just before COVID and hence first stage funding froze.

Yes, we have the same values and I have known him for about a decade. We found each other from school.

Agnostic to industries, looking at $1mm – $5mm EBITDA companies.

GSuite has everything. Calendar, todo, communication packages.
How do you identify prospects to acquire? Do you use only brokers, only direct outreach, or both?

Brokers, web, trade associations

Save a lot more than you plan if going down the self funded path.
