Why did you choose your model? Would you make the same choice again?
I would prefer to retain more equity and purchase the business through debt. So far the prospect of purchasing through debt seems daunting, but I am continuing to pursue that route.

Yes — my partner is a childhood friend with a diverse background. I feel like we complement each other and would successfully manage a business together.

General management for ecommerce business. I led a category for Jet.com pre-acquisition and now lead business operations at a fast growing, DTC company.

Wide net for industries. Current budget is $1.5-3M at 3-5x EBITDA.
